We lift the affected area, look at what is underneath, and put the base and the restraint right before relaying. Where blocks are still sound they go back down; where they are broken or the range has been discontinued we will tell you honestly how close a match is available. On tarmac we cut out the failed section square, rather than filling a hole and watching the same patch open up again.
