Our patio cleaning service
Most patios that look finished are just dirty. Algae, moss and ingrained grime dull the surface, and open joints let weeds through. Indian sandstone, porcelain and concrete slabs each take a different pressure, so the setting is matched to the paving rather than used flat out on everything. We clean at a pressure the paving can take, which is not the same for riven sandstone as it is for porcelain, clear the joints out, and re-point or re-fill them so the surface is closed up again. Surrounding beds, lawn edges and drains get cleared of washings, and we will tell you if any slabs are rocking or if the pointing has failed for a reason cleaning will not fix.

Weeds and moss are cleared, the surface is washed down, and joints are cleaned out ready for fresh sand.

We re-sand and tidy
Block joints are re-filled with kiln-dried sand, and the surrounding beds, paths and drains are cleared of washings before we leave.
